J K Senior & Sons - Metaldehyde Usage Dropped

We were able to reduce the amount of metaldehyde slug pellets used in the 08/09 season compared to the 07/08 season by 18.5%, which should have helped in regards to reducing the potential leaching problem being debated in the industry at the moment. Persistent slug activity still exists on some farms in some areas.
